Global Laser, Inc. is authorized to submit warranty claims for equipment that is covered under the Brother Limited Warranty and Replacement Service.

Unable to bring your Brother Warranty Covered Equipment to Global Laser, Inc.?
We will happily arrange for one of your drivers to come to your place of business to pick up your machine.
In-side the Sam Houston Tollway (Loop) - $22 for pickup or $38 for pickup and delivery.
Out-side the Sam Houston Tollway - call or email for availability in your area.
Non-Warranty Machines
If your Brother machine is out of warranty, Global Laser, Inc. offers an in-house evaluation for a flat $56. A trained technician will evaluate your equipment and provide a quote should any parts and additional service be needed. If the quotation is approved the evaluation fee will go towards the payment of the quotation.
Paper jam removal, general cleaning / debris removal, and testing are covered under the evaluation fee.
