"We added a multifunction machine about a week ago. So far, we really love it. When asked about her upgrade Carolyn replied. "The machine itself works fine. It is really fast and pretty simple to use. It's very user-friendly with the little display that it has. We haven't had any problems, as far as I know, with the automatic feeder. We use it as a scanner, copier, and backup printer for the entire office. In fact, it is smaller but does more than our old machine. Overall, I've been perfectly happy with the service we have received from GLI. Y'all are really quick with the service and the toner and things when we call you, and you always send us candy - we like that!"
